June's WFPK Waterfront Wednesday presents Hayes Carll (9 PM), Dylan LeBlanc (7:30 PM) and Brenda (6 PM).
The WFPK Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series presents free monthly concerts on the Big Four Lawn next to the Big Four Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge. Each concert attracts thousands to the Waterfront to mingle, dance and enjoy the river in a family-friendly park atmosphere on select Wednesdays of every month, April through September. The event has become a thriving city institution, helping Louisville secure an international award as a top city for festivals.
WFPK Waterfront Wednesday is presented by 91.9 WFPK and Waterfront Development Corporation with support from Friends of the Waterfront and is FREE to all.
Gates open at 5 p.m., music starts at 6 p.m.
Outside alcohol is prohibited. No coolers, no glass or pets allowed in the event area of the Big Four Lawn and the adjacent park areas. For more information, check our FAQ page at wfpk.org or call 502-814-6500.
Due to construction caused by the KY/IN bridges project, some streets immediately surrounding the event area may be inaccessible. A map is available with parking locations here. The Republic Bank Easy Ride Trolley De Ville will offer free trolley service between Witherspoon and the event site from 6:00p.m. until 10:00 p.m. We strongly suggest parking West of I -65 in the Witherspoon, Humana and surface lots.
Waterfront Wednesday is made possible by the generous support of Goose Island Brewing Company, Kroger, Republic Bank, and Passport Health Plan.
Special thanks to Friends of the Waterfront.
