Proof on Main - fancy dinner
Had dinner with my hubby and his cousins at Proof on Main while visiting his relatives in Louisville KY. The restaurant is upscale, service is quick, menu is quite diverse with interesting variations like charred octopus and bone marrow appetizers. Entrees have a few options like salmon with different herbs and they have celeriac (celery roots) for vegetarians, but my personal fave is the pork chops.

Great restaurant located alongside an art exhibit. Food was good, staff very attentive. Definite worth a visit.
